Commercial Mortgage Advisors (CMA) originates loans with life insurance companies,
multi-family family DUS lenders, conduit lenders, commercial banks, SBA lenders, equity-mezzanine lenders
and IDB lenders. CMA places non-recourse, long-term, fixed-rate financing on income producing
and owner occupied properties and credit tenant leased properties. CMA also represents several
institutions and individuals seeking acquisition, equity or joint venture opportunities.
Patten is a Commercial Mortgage Banking veteran with over twenty five years of experience and
has managed the origination, closing and servicing of more than $2 billion in commercial mortgage
loans, with more than 40 life insurance companies, conduits, banks and other
institutional investors. He holds the Certified Mortgage Banker (Masters) designation from the
MBA of America.
