Commercial Mortgage Advisors (CMA) originates loans with Life Insurance Companies, Multi-Family DUS Lenders, Conduit Lenders, Commercial Banks, Structured Finance Lenders, SBA lenders, and IDB lenders. CMA primarily places non-recourse, long-term, fixed-rate financing on income producing and owner occupied properties and credit tenant leased properties. CMA also represents several institutions and individuals seeking acquisition, equity or joint venture opportunities.
Clete has worked on the origination side of the commercial real estate finance arena since 2002. During this time, his efforts contributed to the closing of more than $200 million in transactional loan volume representing nearly $1 billion in overall project value. His primary focus has been on providing equity and mezzanine “gap” financing for a variety of Acquisition, Development and Construction projects including: land development, in-fill condominium buildings, assisted living facilities, office condominiums, mixed-use projects, condominium conversions, and other “value-add” scenarios with loan sizes ranging from $1 million to $15 million. These loans have been placed through major Wall Street institutions, hedge funds and boutique specialty lenders, all firms he represented at the time.
